Song History 1. The Accountability Song Back |
Lyrics Jeff Davis Music Jeff Davis, Tim Trainor Our first song ever composed as a group! Spiritual Growth Retreat, October 2000 John Chandler (Central Student Ministries) asks Rushing Waters to play several songs that connect to the topic of each particular lesson. The Saturday Night Lesson: Accountability! Jeff plays the song for Tim, Brandon, and Vaughan "Babe" Robson as a joke. They somehow manage to convince Jeff to do it for real at the service that night, and Tim helps develop it into a full-band experience. The song is recorded at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences for Chris Bisset's final project, featuring Chris on the mandolin and BGV, and Charles Sentfleben on a 12-string guitar. |
